"Extremely disappointing service. I switched from Geico to save $40 a month, but the difference in customer service has been night and day. Geico’s service was phenomenal, and the savings are absolutely not worth the frustration I’ve experienced since switching. I would not recommend Angela if you value quality service."

"I recently needed to get an insurance document to supply to my lender. Anamaris got it to me so quickly after my request! I even had to go back to her asking to change the named lender because the bank had changed names. Done! So quickly. I think maybe 20 minutes tops including the exchange with my lender. I was able to check this task off of my to do list same day! She is so pleasant to deal with and is great at her job. Thank you again for your assistance Anamaris."

"Tengo años con ellos antes eran más amables. Realmente estoy muy decepcionada porque hacen cambios en la póliza sin consultarlo con el cliente es difícil hablar con Sandra es muy despota y contesta a la defensiva en vez de ayudar al Cliente. Me paso a otra persona ananaris y también fue un poco desatenta. Si me molesta porque si hubiera tenido un accidente no me hubiera cubierto porque ellos hicieron cambios sin preguntarme. No lo recomiendo."
